Painting the Floating World:
Ukiyo-e Masterpieces from the Weston Collection

Shown for the first time in the United States, this comprehensive collection of Ukiyo-e paintings brings the “floating world” and its metropolitan amusements to life. Given the erotic content of the exhibition, the design played with voyeurism throughout the space, creating moments of intimacy vs openness, and achieving a consistent design language throughout.
